Granting Limoni Apps access to your store

Learn how to grant Limoni Apps limited access to your store to allow us to help you configure your store

You

  • Confirm in the app that you require support to help with the setup of Discount Ninja on your store.

  • Alternatively, you can send us an email at [email protected] (or contact us any other way).

We

  • We will initiate a request for access from our Partner Portal

  • We request the minimum access required (Themes, Settings, Applications and Discounts)

You

  • On your dashboard you'll see our invite. Click the "Review request" button

  • Check the request is indeed coming from Limoni Apps and the permissions requested are correct

  • Click "Approve account"

  • Limoni Apps has now been added as a "Collaborator

We

  • We configure Discount Ninja on your store in max. 2 business days

  • At which point the collaborator account can be removed
